Is Staq really free?

Yes. Organizing the team is free up to 12 members: availability, schedule, RSVPs, Discord reminders and the calendar feed. Progress tracking has a preview on Free (5 strats, 1 VOD, 7 days of stats). The full version is Pro, a team subscription: player files, season-long stats, unlimited strats, VODs and opponents.

Who pays for the subscription?

One person, for the whole team: the manager, the captain or a player. Everyone else gets Pro without paying.

I'm under 18, can I use Staq?

Yes. In France you can create an account on your own from 15; younger players need a parent's consent (the age depends on your country's law). Payment for Pro has to come from an adult: a manager, a coach or a parent.

What do you do with my data?

The minimum to run your team: name, avatar, email, availability. Servers in Europe, no ads, no data sales. Scoreboard screenshots are deleted after 30 days, we only keep your team's stats, and the owner can export all of the team's data at any time. It's all in the privacy policy.

Is Staq affiliated with Riot Games?

No. Staq is an independent tool, not endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games. We don't connect to your Riot account: you type your Riot ID yourself, and stats come from the screenshots your team uploads.

Which games does it support?

Staq is built for Valorant. The schedule, availability and reminders work for any team game; scoreboard analysis and the strat board are designed for Valorant. Other tactical shooters are on our radar.

Do I need to install a Discord bot?

No. A webhook is enough to get the reminders in your channel. With the Staq bot, players can also answer from Discord, with buttons.
