Each extra team: €2.99 per month, €6.99 per season or €23.99 per year.
Questions
How does the trial work?
Every new team gets 7 days of Pro, no card. The trial restarts for 7 days once you plan a first session or reach 3 members. One trial per owner every 90 days.
What happens when the trial ends?
The team goes back to Free on its own. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted: what is over the Free limits stays readable.
What is the season pass?
One payment for 90 days of Pro. It never renews: no card kept, nothing charged afterwards. A second pass adds 90 days.
How do extra teams work?
Once Pro is paid, “Create a team” offers to add it to your subscription: €2.99 a month per team, prorated, €23.99 a year, or €6.99 for 90 days with a season pass. Every covered team gets all of Pro with its own limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the team's billing page. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the team goes back to Free.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Payments go through Creem, our merchant of record: Creem takes the payment, handles your country's VAT and sends the invoice.
I'm under 18, how do we pay?
Payment has to come from an adult: a manager, a coach or a parent.
What if I change my mind after paying?
You have 14 days after your first payment to withdraw: write to contact@staq.gg and we refund it. The refund ends the access it paid for.
What if we want to leave?
The owner or a manager can export all of the team's data as one file, at any time, on Free or Pro.
